The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist, Products & Services owns CRM and lifecycle planning and execution for franchise development (Fran Dev) and cross-brand revenue streams — including Nutrition, Burn On Demand, Activewear, and Podcast engagement funnels. This role manages CRM across HubSpot (Fran Dev) and LoopSpark (Burn Brands), building lifecycle campaigns that generate qualified franchise leads and cross-sell brand services to members. This role requires franchise development growth experience and a proven record of scaling lifecycle programs that drive lead quality, conversion, and cross-brand monetization.
