About The Position

Working with all teams, develops CRM reporting, training and analysis. Maintains solutions for the analysis of product performance trends, client needs and buying patterns and sales related information. Helps implementing new initiatives to advance the processes, solutions and quality of our sales and marketing analytics. Creates project plans and manages implementation of various technology-driven initiatives.Incumbent is expected to have a working knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing, email service providers and wealth management process. Exercises analytical skills and sound judgment within estab-lished systems and procedures. In assessing complex technical data, the incumbent may present written and oral reports to various teams. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Digital Marketing, CRM Administration, capital markets analysis, investment portfolio management and financial modeling/analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative and problem solving skills are required.
  • Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel and PowerPoint. Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications and use of formulas (such as v- h- lookups), pivot tables important to perform financial analysis.
  • Proper working understanding of capital markets and portfolio management
  • Ability to exchange information orally and in writing, clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts and other information.
  • Proficiency in use of financial portfolio analytics systems, websites & tools are mandatory (such as Bloomberg, Factset, Research Insight etc.).
  • Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests.
  • Personal characteristics such as high energy, detail oriented, discipline and ability to assume re-sponsibility for decisions. Desire to interact with and help end users
  • Highly motivated with ability to deal effectively with people in a variety of relationships and situations and work in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and Email Marketing tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
  • Salesforce ADM 201 required, additional Salesforce certifications preferred (Advanced Admin or Developer Level 1)

Responsibilities

  • Provides support for various Sales, Marketing and Service initiatives using CRM and Email Marketing tools, generates reports to track impact and maintains campaigns to help achieve sales and marketing objectives set by upper management.
  • Manages all aspects of digital tracking of client events, using CRM campaigns..
  • Monitors and improves data quality, integrity and user adoption. Performs data loads and data quality reviews.
  • Monitors integration of Charles Schwab's OpenView gateway Data Delivery and Data Custody solutions, participates in integration meetings with the vendor.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce.com customizations, as well as providing training for users. Analyzes data to determine requirements, and helps document any immediate and long-range plans and designs. Under the supervision of CRM Management, customizes Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards. Maintains users, role hierarchies , profiles, workflow rules, etc. Manages security settings of the Salesforce Shield product, helps maintain logging and event monitoring. Provides training for users and contributes to the development of best practices that will be followed throughout the organization. Leverages expertise to collaborate on project governance and best practices/standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle.
  • Manages maintenance of Beacon's web properties, including our main website, BeaconTrust.com, by utilizing CMS-driven design and best practices. Uses publishing tools and editor applications to generate quality marketing collateral to be used to support marketing initiatives (email templates, printed materials etc.)Creates and monitors marketing material used throughout the company. Manages and distributes fact sheets and quarterly publications, using Adobe applications. Responsible for utilization of Marketing Automation platform, Oracle Eloqua, including development of client journeys and integration of marketing activities into CRM platform. Promotes data integrity, data governance, and compliance. Performs other duties as required (such as supporting custodian integration initiatives, works on helping to identify inefficiencies and improve processes throughout organization by expanding adoption of CRM platforms and tools.
