About The Position

As a CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands. You will be a technical expert in building data-driven solutions, with a focus on end-to-end development of data extensions, automations, and complex customer journeys. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and solve them using best-in-class CRM solutions. This role involves managing campaigns with rigorous testing frameworks and working within an Agile project management environment to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. We expect the starting salary for this role to be around $70k and will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, particularly Marketing Cloud, in an administrative or analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automations, customer journeys, and A/B testing, including holdout groups.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the car rental or travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands, including implementation, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Teradata Studio, ActionIQ, as well as secure file transfers (FTP), internal and external data extensions, automations, and journey management tools.
  • Collaborates with marketing leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Manages Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and campaign testing frameworks, including but not limited to control/holdout groups.
  • Creates / Develops complex automations, customer journeys, reports, and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and gain customer insights.
