WB Games is recruiting a CRM Analyst under the Global Sales & Marketing organization. This role will take part in strengthening WB Game’s email and lifecycle marketing programs by crafting targeted and insights-driven campaigns and player journeys with a goal of retaining, engaging, and monetizing fans of our gamer audience and fans of the franchise. The Ideal candidate can adapt between marketing strategy, campaign management, as well as operational and analytical needs. They are a core or casual gamer with familiarity and experience with player-facing content (web, email, in-game promotion, social/influencer, community & streaming, etc.), an understanding how to scale personalized messaging per game from nascency to best-in-class, and a keen interest in leveraging analysis and data integration to enable the most cutting-edge marketing and direct-digital messaging capabilities possible.
