The CRM Analyst serves as the internal point of contact for Simpleview (SV), the platform used to manage Membership at NYC Tourism + Conventions. This role supports staff across all departments in using the CRM to manage relationships, track engagement, and demonstrate member value. Acting as an internal resource and problem-solver, the CRM Analyst combines day-to-day support with a focus on improving how teams capture, share, and use information across the organization.
