Enter and update sales data, customer information, and activity records in CRM Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales-related records Generate regular and ad hoc reports for sales management Support sales representatives with CRM usage, troubleshooting, and best practices Coordinate with key account managers to track progress on key opportunities and market mapping projects Assist in the integration and analysis of sales data from multiple sources Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive sales information Contribute to process improvements and recommend enhancements Provide administrative support for sales meetings, pre-call planning, and customer visits Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales data and reporting Maintain CRM Documentation including user guides, process documentation and training materials for the team Assist in CRM System upgrade project Support in IBP Demand Process as needed Contribute to ITP Process for customer demand and work closely with the demand planner
