This is a new Supervisor position within the Crisis Leadership structure. SUMMARY Provides collaborative and shared leadership for operational oversight of crisis services, including Mobile Crisis Response (MCR), After Hours, and 590/988 programs. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of assigned staff, ensuring timely, trauma-informed, and effective crisis intervention. In collaboration with the Crisis Leadership team, oversees onboarding, scheduling, training, documentation quality, and compliance with program and regulatory standards. Collaborates with the Director of Crisis Services, the Vice President of Open Access, and other PCH leaders to ensure integrated, accessible, and high-quality crisis services across all programs. Participates in the 24/7 on-call consultation rotation and supports program improvement through team development, collaboration, and data-informed practice.
