CSU Supervisor – Crisis Stabilization Unit Position Summary South County Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced CSU Supervisor to lead daily operations within our Crisis Stabilization Unit. This middle management role is responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining efficient unit operations in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The Supervisor works with a high degree of independence while collaborating with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective client care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for both clients and staff.
