The Crisis Residential Unit (CRU) Director provides overall leadership, operational oversight, and clinical guidance for the 16 bed Crisis Residential Unit located at the Resource and Crisis Center. This role ensures that the program delivers safe, high‑quality, person‑centered crisis stabilization services in alignment with organizational standards, state licensing requirements, and evidence‑based practices. The Director oversees daily operations, supervises multidisciplinary staff, manages program performance, and ensures that service delivery supports recovery, promotes safety, and meets the needs of individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The CRU Director serves as a key liaison with internal leadership, community partners, and regulatory entities to maintain program excellence and respond effectively to emerging needs. This position will have on-call responsibilities.
