PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Executive Director serves as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the Crisis Stabilization Unit that provides short term stabilization and crisis services to patients experiencing a behavioral crisis such as a mental health issue, substance use, and more. Responsible for the development, implementation, and achievement of the center’ strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include quality of care, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance, and continuous performance improvement.
