This full-time Crisis Intervention Specialist position is within the Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services program. The role involves providing in-home intervention and de-escalation for children and families throughout Ocean County, along with follow-up stabilization and case management.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Understanding of crisis dynamics
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing
• Masters Degree plus 1 year experience or a BA plus 1 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children
• Bilingual Spanish speaking

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home intervention and de-escalation for children/families throughout Ocean County
