Crisis Intake Case Manager MIND 24-7 is transforming behavioral health care by providing immediate, on-site crisis intervention—no mobile response required. As a Crisis Intake Case Manager, you are the first point of contact for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. You will create a compassionate, structured, and therapeutic entry into care while supporting the multidisciplinary team in determining the appropriate level of treatment.
