About The Position
Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Full-Time Teller to serve our members. As a Teller, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes members and ensures they receive exceptional service. You'll process transactions accurately, assist with account inquiries, and educate members on the products and services that best meet their needs. Whether it's making deposits, withdrawals, or helping a member understand their financial options, your role is crucial in creating a positive and seamless banking experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
