About The Position

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Collector
to assist our members in resolving outstanding balances while preserving positive relationships. This isn’t just about collecting payments — it’s about delivering solutions, building trust, and making an impact.

Requirements

• 1+ year of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience a plus)

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activity
• Review accounts to identify trends and recommend next steps
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals
