Provide administrative and technical support for effective credit delivery and excellent customer service. Maintain, verify, and update customer and loan data in Association software systems; edit, proof, and prepare documents for final printing or electronic delivery. Prepare credit and public records searches; perform credit verifications; answer telephones and greet customers; receive and properly process customer payments and loan disbursements. Maintain, review, and manage electronic credit files. Responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, purchasing office supplies, interoffice communications, aiding customers with account information; preparing correspondence and reports; filing; and general office functions as assigned.
