Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experienced doing Account Reconciliation
  • Credit application and offsets
  • Edit/ Hold and/or Release Orders (if needed)
  • Draft email correspondence to customers
  • skip tracing (Optional)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 2-4 years of relevant work experience in industry

Nice To Haves

  • EXPOSURE to SAP system is an advantage
