About The Position

The UMB Credit Oversight department is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with Managers and Senior Leaders associates to develop roadmaps for opportunity within the Commercial realm or other departments and avenues throughout UMB. As a Credit Data Support Specialist, you will perform financial ratio system processes related to commercial lending. How you will spend your time: You will review the loan proposal and executed documents, to create the covenant within a web-based application known as CapitalStream. You will receive, review and report a covenant status via a compliance certificate whether internally or externally prepared. You will ensure the accuracy of covenant matching loan documentation as well as ensuring covenant status is reported accurately.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration OR at least two (2) years’ experience in a credit lending role.

Responsibilities

Review the loan proposal and executed documents, to create the covenant within a web-based application known as CapitalStream.
Receive, review and report a covenant status via a compliance certificate whether internally or externally prepared.
Ensure the accuracy of covenant matching loan documentation as well as ensuring covenant status is reported accurately.
