About The Position

The Data Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting our Accounting Department and General Manager by entering and maintaining financial and operational data. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, updating data systems, maintaining Google Sheets and excel spreadsheets, scanning and filing documents, and helping keep our records accurate and organized.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Experience with Ebiz or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (filters, sorting, formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial information

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter payment invoices into QuickBooks Online and accounting systems
  • Pull and compile data reports from CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Look up and verify customer, job, or transaction data within CRM systems
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets and excel spreadsheets
  • Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents
  • Perform daily upkeep and validation of financial and operational data
  • Support filing and record-keeping tasks
  • Generate reports for the GM and Accountant as needed
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems
