About The Position

Turtle is seeking a professional in the Credit Associate role in Clark, New Jersey. This position will be a hybrid remote/in-office position, currently required in office two days per week, with some additional required meetings and event attendance in Clark, NJ. This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday position. There is opportunity for career growth with this position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily excel
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills a must
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity of INFOR/SXE is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Daily tasks include running and reconciling customer statements.
  • Consolidating customer invoices and issuing credits.
  • Prioritize past due accounts to ensure timely customer payments.
  • Working with purchasing staff to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Meeting with customers to settle disputes.
