About The Position

This position encompasses both credit and collections responsibilities. The role involves establishing and maintaining effective credit procedures, including reviewing data from credit reports, credit references, internal payment history, and collaborating with sales personnel. The collections aspect focuses on maintaining effective policies to ensure the quality of trade accounts receivable. You will manage a portfolio of 300-400 customers with approximately five million dollars in trade accounts.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, accounting, or tax.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
General accounting knowledge with an understanding of debits and credits.
Strong customer service skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage oneself and prioritize tasks effectively.
