This position is responsible for a group of customers and ensures that invoices are paid promptly, and invalid deductions are charged back to the customer. They are also responsible for payments recollected and issuing credits for valid inaccuracies. The individual will work with customers, sales agencies, sales, customer resource center & many other internal customers for problem resolution. The Credit and Collection Analyst reports to the Credit Analyst Manager.
