You are a skilled credit analyst with a passion for uncovering insights and making sound credit decisions. As a Credit Analyst II, you’ll play a critical role in evaluating complex loan requests, assessing risk, and providing strategic recommendations that shape our lending decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-level credit analyses, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive results. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a C&N location to ensure accessibility for periodic onsite collaboration. While much of the work can be performed remotely, there will be occasions when you’ll be expected to come into the office for team meetings, training, or organizational events, as well as travel to meet with clients as part of supporting our relationship-focused approach.
