About The Position

This Credentialing Specialist provides administrative and clerical support to Medical Staff Services and Credentialing leadership. Works with medical residents and students and organizes medical executive committee meetings every other month. Credentialing experience not necessary but must be skilled in Adobe, Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel. This is not a remote position Position Specifics: • Department: Medical Staff Services • Core Function: Corporate Services • Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm • Facility: St. Vincent Hospital • Location: Green Bay, WI

Requirements

  • Must be skilled in Adobe, Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 years clerical experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Health Care Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 1 years of experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • 1 years of Hospital Credentialing or Payor Credentialing experience is preferred.
