Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, Education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Experience with standard Office applications

Responsibilities

  • You will be working closely with our Certification team by supporting tasks such as research, data cleanup or analysis, and administrative tasks that support the team’s core functions.
  • You may also undertake special projects as needed.
  • Your primary role will be supporting the item development team, who is responsible for engaging subject matter experts to write exam items (questions) and perform content reviews.
  • Compile and update historical and current information regarding registered item writers
  • Help update and organize departmental metrics and post-exam survey data
  • Perform initial editorial reviews of selected exam items and attend at least one SME review session
