Requirements

  • Are a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or an experienced Veterinary Assistant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Love animals and bring a calm, steady presence to every situation.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates.
  • Stay organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive under pressure and enjoy staying busy.
  • Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative team setting.
  • Value teamwork and step up to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping accurate medical records and answering client questions.
  • Prepping patients for exams and surgeries.
  • Administering medications as directed.
  • Assisting with lab testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, exam rooms, and kennels.
  • Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures.
  • Educating pet parents on treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Partnering closely with DVMs to provide top-tier patient care.
