Job Summary The Credentialed Trainer plays a key role in helping the Access Champions meet the objectives for educating end-users on tools and services included in the Access initiative. The primary focus will be to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency of the end users to minimize the impact on productivity. The Trainer provides in the classroom and operational support for the Access and Epic implementation training activities. Train end users in the classroom as assigned. Answer questions, help end users navigate through the system, and report issues to the project team to support prompt resolution. The Trainer will go through the Epic Credentialing process as designed by the Instructional Design team and pass competency test to train users on Epic specific functionality. This role offers the opportunity to travel between offices —bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: or 3 years of related work experience, preferably including training program design, implementation and delivery.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to obtain Credentialed Trainer status with the Epic Training Leadership Team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education or Healthcare and multilingual language skills.
