The Opportunity We're seeking a standout Manager to join the Creator & Talent Partnerships team at Netflix. This person thrives working at the intersection of entertainment and gaming, connecting with gamers, streamers, digital partners, managers and emerging talent. You're organized, proactive, and know how to keep multiple high-profile projects moving at once. As the Games Manager, you will be the engine behind our creator and talent outreach for Netflix Games, aligning and streamlining efforts across Netflix's rapidly expanding slate. You'll collaborate closely with our Games vertical and social teams to: Build and nurture relationships with reps, publicists, managers, and agents Drive creator and talent strategies for game-specific campaigns Negotiate offers and secure the right voices for the right moments Ensure talent engagement is efficient, intentional, and culturally impactful This role plays a key part in developing a unified approach to talent across Netflix Games and Marcomms, championing alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your focus will include established talent (actors, singers, musicians, athletes, etc), rising voices we want to spotlight, and influential creators whose brands and communities resonate with our strategy. This position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director, Creator & Talent Partnerships.
