About The Position

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to join the Creator Programs team to support the growth of our creator initiatives. The role will report to VP, Creator Partnerships and will with a focus on research and operational support across the creator landscape. This role will support the full lifecycle of creator partnerships by identifying emerging and established talent, tracing trends across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and contributing to strategy presentations. You'll help with creator acquisition, onboarding, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about creator-led media, understands digital video ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), and thrives at the intersection of operations, creators, partnerships and data analysis. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office three days/week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent research, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong experience using major social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and a
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; previous experience using Tubular Labs or similar platforms is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Based in Los Angeles with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Passion for creators, content, and how audiences engage across platforms
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable with a "solutions-first" mindset that brings curiosity, accountability, and creative problem-solving to every challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify creators who align with strategic categories, audience segments, and partnership goals
  • Monitor platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram to surface relevant talent and content trends
  • Compile data on creators (audience size, engagement, category fit, etc.)
  • Maintain tracking docs for prospecting, delivery pipelines and performance
  • Support presentation development and internal strategy decks
  • Manage team calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders across Content Acquisition, Legal, Marketing, Product and external partners.
  • Participate in cross-functional syncs with marketing, content, comms, product, and other teams as needed
  • Support process improvements that streamline creator partnership workflows.
