About The Position

The Creative Videographer is responsible for creating engaging and impactful multimedia content that effectively communicates our mission and engages our target audience. This role requires a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and a passion for storytelling.

Requirements

• EXPERIENCE WITH MOTION GRAPHICS AND VISUAL EFFECTS.
• STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF CAMERA OPERATION, COMPOSITION, LIGHTING, AND SOUND RECORDING TECHNIQUES.
• FAMILIARITY WITH PHOTOGRAPHY PRINCIPLES AND TECHNIQUES.
• EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ABILITY TO WORK UNDER TIGHT DEADLINES.
• STRONG COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION SKILLS.
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AS WELL AS PART OF A TEAM.

Responsibilities

• Filming video on set and location.
• Working with the creative team to plan video shoots.
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
• Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment.
• Editing footage after recording.
• Adding computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects to footage.
• Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
• Ensure video projects are completed on time and meet the required specifications.
• Recording and editing video content such as marketing material, interviews, training, and social media posts.
• Working with the COO/Owners to create audio/video content for marketing materials.
• Working with the management team to create new audio content for meetings or presentations.
• Posting video and audio content to approved social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Keeps all equipment in working order.
• Maintains organization of filing system for digital audio assets and shares all updated content with COO and Owners.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensible material (brand, celebrities, etc.).
• Will be required to travel to several locations.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
