The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing compelling video content that supports storytelling, teaching, and digital ministry initiatives, reporting to the Senior Editor on the Communications Team. A full-time position, this position primarily works Monday-Friday, but select projects will require work during weekend services on a case-by-case basis. Although the position is regularly Monday-Friday, ministry happens in the evenings and during the weekends. All Mariners staff are expected to work during Christmas Eve and Easter services, as well as participate in Rooted once/year. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards act. As a Videographer, you help tell stories that inspire people to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. This role contributes to the growing video presence of Mariners Church across storytelling, digital content, and studio productions. You will capture and craft compelling video through filming, editing, and post-production while supporting both field and studio-based environments, collaborating with producers, creatives, and ministry partners to bring ideas to life with excellence and intentionality.
