We've been mastering the art of crafting sustainable specialty paper and tissue products for years, and now we want you to be part of our dynamic team. We're excited to invite motivated individuals to join our team. A temporary job opportunity is available for the summer of 2026 in our Natural Dam, NY facility, candidate will be hired through a temp agency. Projects include enhancing our training program through the development of training videos and instructional videos. You will gain practical experience and real-life assignments that will further develop your skills. In this role, you’ll help bring our training programs to life by developing engaging training and instructional videos. You won’t just be observing—you’ll be contributing to real projects that support our operations and improve how we train and develop our teams leaving a lasting impact. You will receive exposure to project management and develop a host of transferable skills. You will assist in driving best practices in safe operations and ensure the safety of all operations, maintenance, and staff personnel. The ideal candidate must be able to solve problems and make good, timely decisions, exhibit company core values, and be a change agent for continuous improvement. This candidate needs to be a self-starter, be self-directed, take the initiative to move forward with ideas, be committed and be able to work with and influence others. This role combines creative design work with hands-on exposure to creatively meeting the need for enhancing operational needs. Requirements
- Experience working with video editing software and videography equipment (must provide own equipment)
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environment
- Desire to work on projects
- Leadership skills
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business
- Proactive and action-oriented personality; comfort within a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving skills; solution focused.

- Graphic Design or related major preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills
Responsibilities
- Development of creative visual aids and multimedia development that simplify complex information
- Work on a cross functional department team to prioritize and complete targeted training material development
