The Creative Strategy Manager will be responsible for expanding Dr. Squatch’s performance creative team’s efforts to new regions, new paid media channels, and new audiences. This role will help develop direct response ad creative for regions like the UK, media channels like AppLovin, and new audiences like Gen-Z. Candidates must be thoroughly versed in paid creative strategy in a Direct To Consumer environment (either experience working at a DTC brand OR performance marketing agency). This role requires a strong knowledge of performance creative practices and a track record of making winning ads with consistency and urgency. Candidates must also have a strong creative background, as this role requires a great deal of ideation and execution through our creative team. This role will report to the Director of Performance Creative. This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $140,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
