About The Position

Our Program This is an eight-week summer program based in Plano, TX designed for interns who want to see how an agency functions, specifically a multicultural agency that focuses on the Asian American consumer. You will be balancing between two worlds: supporting the daily needs of your homebase team and co-leading a primary internal initiative that will define how our office shows up in Texas and beyond. The Role We are looking for a thinker who is interested in the "why" behind the work. You will help us find the narrative thread in our projects and ensure that our strategy is conceptually sound. We need someone who leads with curiosity, listens to the room, and isn't afraid to pivot when a better idea surfaces. What You’ll Do Support your homebase team with research, insights, and daily tactical needs. Collaborate with the Creative intern to audit and evolve how our office communicates its identity to the outside world. Participate in honest dialogues and "Yes, and" brainstorms Help translate raw ideas into clear, strategic directions for a major internal project. A high capacity for abstract problem-solving and connecting cultural dots. The confidence to present, defend, and evolve ideas within a team setting. Key Details Program Dates: June 8 – July 31, 2026 (8 Weeks). Deadline: March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT. Schedule: M to F, 11 am - 5 pm CT (1 hour lunch break) Hybrid Model: 3 Days in office / 2 days virtual Pay: $16.90 / hr
