About The Position

This position requires an experienced creative services specialist who is a corporate visual storyteller with a strong understanding of brand management, digital platforms, content creation, and audience engagement. This role will be responsible for building digital assets and communicating messages across third-party and owned media channels, including social media, web, intranet, and digital screens. The Creative Services Specialist will support the creative development and execution of our digital communication strategy, engage our internal and external audiences and enhance our online presence with eye-catching visuals and video. This is a role requiring effective collaboration with subject matter experts and managers at all levels to effectively design digital content to support strategic, corporate communications and learning initiatives. Core competencies include brand management, creative and innovative ideation, and technical skills on digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects, Microsoft Office 365, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of professional audio/video techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of different content formats and their best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media management, writing for social media, formats, and analytics dashboards to track and analyze performance.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, digital media, or a related field is highly desired. An equivalent job experience level combined with professional certifications will be considered.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a digital creator role using graphic design and video recording and editing tools is required.
  • Knowledge of digital communications, writing, and design best practices.
  • Strong portfolio of work.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud and UX/UI Design are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive digital communication coordination strategies across various channels that are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Create engaging and informative content across various digital channels, including digital screens, social media, intranet, email, video, and other digital assets. Own digital library management. Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Manage social media by developing and scheduling digital content, monitoring conversations, analyzing performance, and creating an engaging social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Execute video production by planning, filming, refining, and editing engaging video content for various digital platforms, including social media, presentations, events, and learning materials.
  • Track digital analytics and analyze reporting on the performance of social media communication activities using relevant metrics. Identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Continuously research Digital trend innovations and stay informed about the latest digital communication trends, technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to enhance our digital presence.
  • Provide comprehensive project management for digital communication projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget using project management techniques and tools.
  • Act as subject matter expert and support while working closely with the manager of corporate communications, as well as departments such as sales, operations, and marketing.
  • Responsible for brand management, brand governance standards, and ensuring brand reputation and visual images are to standard.
