As a Creative Specialist, these skills are essential for success:

Requirements

  • A versatile visual storyteller who brings concepts to life with exceptional layout, typography, and color skills — delivering original, on-brand creative across formats with speed, accuracy, and self-sufficiency.
  • 2–4 years in a creative or design role, agency or in-house.
  • Portfolio should demonstrate a breadth of work across digital, print, and marketing design.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic video editing or motion design (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects) is preferred.
