Creative Services Producer
About The Position
Entravision is expanding its creative services team and is seeking a Creative Services Producer to support the development of high-impact content across television, radio, and digital platforms. This role plays a critical part in translating strategy into compelling, culturally relevant storytelling that connects with the Hispanic audience. The Creative Services Producer collaborates closely with creative leadership, talent, sales, and production teams to bring ideas to life from concept through execution. This position is ideal for a bilingual creative professional who understands how strong storytelling, messaging, and execution drive brand engagement and performance. You are a creative storyteller with strong writing instincts You are fluent in both English and Spanish and can adapt content seamlessly You understand how creative supports marketing goals and audience engagement You are organized, dependable, and deadline-driven You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams You take feedback well and apply it quickly You thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in media production, creative services, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Basic knowledge of production and editing tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demo reel, work samples or portfolio required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in television, radio, or media production
- Experience supporting digital or social media content
- Agency or in-house creative experience preferred
- Experience working with multicultural or bilingual audiences
Responsibilities
- Write and produce scripts and copy in spanish for television, radio, and digital campaigns
- Support creative production from concept development through final delivery
- Collaborate with producers, on-air talent, and creative team members
- Adapt, translate, and transcreate content between English and Spanish
- Assist with recording sessions, voiceovers, and basic production coordination
- Review creative for clarity, accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
- Support short-form digital and social content production as needed
- Maintain organized project files and version control
- Assist with quick-turn creative requests and campaign updates
