Create Music Group is seeking a motivated and highly organized Creative Services & Business Development Intern to support our creative services initiatives and internal roster under the guidance of the Director of Business Development. This role supports the coordination and execution of creative pitches, demo preparation, and partner communication, working closely with internal teams and external partners, including labels, publishers, managers, and collaborators. The intern will play a key role in helping service and position Create Music Group’s current roster for creative and commercial opportunities. This is a part-time internship designed for current graduate students for the Spring 2026 term. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3-4 month period. This is a mostly remote, hybrid-work role - interns may be asked to report to the Los Angeles headquarters occasionally.
