You'll own the high-volume, streaming related workstreams, lead global teams, and be the strategic partner our streaming clients rely on for operational excellence. What You'll Own Operational Delivery & Performance: Drive the end-to-end delivery of 2-3 workstreams. Challenge the status quo by identifying automation opportunities and workflow improvements that scale. Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of 4–8 Production Coordinators. Collaborate with fellow managers to sync production talent with the right workstreams, ensuring we hit every deadline in our 24/7 global model. Client Partnership: Serve as the lead client contact for multiple workstreams, driving strategic meetings, proactively managing workstream risks, and identifying high-value expansion opportunities. Workstream Profitability: Champion workstream profitability and oversee financial forecasts, quotes, and billing.
