About The Position

We are hiring a Creative Ops Specialist to support the creative and licensing pipeline by managing asset intake, organization, deadlines, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) hygiene. This role applies design-thinking principles to creative operations, ensuring the right work reaches the right people at the right time, without friction or rework. ABOUT UVS GAMES We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends trading card game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. Requirements

  • Experience supporting creative teams through operations, systems, or workflow design
  • Strong organizational instincts and empathy for how creative work actually happens
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in evolving environments
  • Clear, thoughtful communication and strong follow-through
  • Comfort owning systems and improving them over time
  • Curiosity about how better processes lead to better creative outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DAM platforms (Bynder, Brandfolder, Widen, etc.)
  • Familiarity with licensed products or brand compliance workflows
  • Experience applying design thinking, service design, or UX principles to operations
  • Interest in games, collectibles, or creative production

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain creative workflows that support focus, momentum, and high-quality output
  • Manage creative asset intake, organization, and handoff across teams and partners
  • Own Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including taxonomy, versioning, and governance
  • Apply design-thinking principles to identify pain points, test improvements, and iterate on processes
  • Ensure teams are working from current, approved licensor assets and guidelines
  • Support submission readiness by validating asset accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with Creative, Licensing, Product, Production and Project Management to improve cross-functional flow
  • Create lightweight documentation and standards that help teams self-serve and move faster
