THE ROLE Reporting to the Global Head of Creative Services and the Global Head of Creative Operations, the Creative Operations Manager – Americas is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project traffic, team scheduling, and creative workflow for the New York studio. This role ensures efficient resource allocation, clear prioritisation, and consistent delivery across a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment. In close partnership with the Head of Creative Operations, Americas, the role also contributes to strategic resource planning and operational reporting across the region. The ideal candidate is highly organised, solutions-oriented, and comfortable stepping into an active workflow with minimal ramp-up.
