We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US site and remote employees across the US and LATAM. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence in the Manhattan office 3 days per week. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, starting June 2026 through approximately February 2027, with a potential for extension. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience across a global and scaling environment. You will partner closely with business leaders while also leading cross-functional and global HR initiatives.
