We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US site and remote employees across the US and LATAM. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence in the Manhattan office 3 days per week. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, starting June 2026 through approximately February 2027, with a potential for extension. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience across a global and scaling environment. You will partner closely with business leaders while also leading cross-functional and global HR initiatives.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a tech company.
Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR processes.
Experience supporting distributed/global teams.
Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for employees across the New York office, remote employees across the US, and LATAM.
Partner with business leaders to deeply understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
Lead and execute core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
Design and implement learning & development initiatives and support talent growth.
Drive and support cross-functional and global HR projects and programs.
Collaborate with global HR teams on workforce planning, recruiting, engagement, and organizational development.
Continuously assess organizational needs and develop scalable solutions.
Coach managers on leadership, performance, and team dynamics.
Serve as a key ambassador of Optimove’s culture and values in the US.
Manage and support the local Office & Employee Experience Manager function in New York, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
