About The Position

Creative Marketing Specialist Keeler Automotive Full Time | On-Site Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM Primary Location: Latham, NY Work Environment: 100% On-Site Compensation : $23-$25 an hour Keeler is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to support marketing efforts across all Keeler dealerships in the Capital Region.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of freelance or professional social media management experience
• Strong photography and videography skills required
• Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts
• Strong writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• All applicants are subject to a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling platforms (Sprout Social, Buffer, HubSpot)
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other professional editing software

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
• Assist the marketing team with campaign execution, promotions, and overall brand initiatives
• Develop, create, and schedule engaging digital content aligned with brand standards
• Capture high-quality photography and videography for inventory, events, and promotional campaigns
• Track social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance insights
• Monitor comments, messages, and online reputation
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices
