The Creative Manager leads the development, execution, and governance of brand and creative across all TestEquity Group brands. This role ensures visual, verbal, and experiential consistency across channels—strengthening our brand presence, elevating storytelling, and supporting our commercial goals. This person will manage the creative workflow, from concept to production, and serve as the central point of ownership for brand guidelines, design quality, and creative standards. They will oversee campaign creative, content templates, digital assets, sales enablement materials, and partner/OEM brand integrations to ensure alignment and impact. The Creative Manager collaborates closely with Brand, Segment Marketing, Supplier Marketing, Sales, and our Mexico Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, compelling creative that supports acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
