Pabst Brewing Company is seeking a Creative Manager to support the development and execution of compelling, on-brand creative across our portfolio. This role requires an understanding of brand design execution, and cross-functional collaboration, helping bring ideas to life in a way that is original, fun, and unmistakably Pabst. The Creative Manager will partner closely with brand and trade marketing leads to deliver both fast-turn creative assets and larger, more integrated initiatives that span campaigns, programs, and packaging. This role requires a strong creative point of view, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance speed with craft in a dynamic, high-output environment. Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing role, preferably within a consumer brand, agency, or lifestyle-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and creative best practices across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with and directing external creative partners.
  • Ability to think conceptually while also executing with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day creative partner for brand and trade marketing teams, supporting a wide range of initiatives across on- and off-premise channels.
  • Manage and execute quick-turn design requests, including sales materials, digital assets, presentations, and retail support tools.
  • Lead or contribute to larger-scale creative projects, including integrated campaigns, 360° marketing programs, and packaging development.
  • Provide creative direction and oversight to external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to ensure work aligns with brand standards, positioning, and creative expectations.
  • Maintain consistency across all creative outputs while allowing flexibility for brand-specific expression.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, innovation, and external partners to ensure creative solutions meet both strategic and executional needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Occasionally travel to support key meetings, production needs, or brand initiatives.
