Burn Brands is seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Manager to oversee the development and execution of creative content across all Burn Brands, including Burn Boot Camp, Burn Nutrition, Burn On Demand, Kids Camp, and related initiatives. This role will lead Burn Creative, our internal creative agency that produces high-quality work for Burn Brands and, as we scale, will take on select external clients. The Creative Manager will lead videographers, graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters—ensuring cohesive storytelling, brand consistency, and content delivery in an agency-style environment that supports all revenue streams and campaigns. This role operates within a Performance Marketing organization: deliver campaign creative end-to-end in partnership with Media/CRM/Web teams, using data to brief, iterate, and scale concepts that move funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS). The Creative Manager leans into analytics to drive data-informed content and creative—translating insights into hypotheses, creative variations, and rapid iterations that compound results.
