We’re seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative vision and execution across all brands. This strategic, hands-on leadership role will set the tone for brand identity, oversee all creative output, and manage a team of designers and contractors to deliver exceptional work that drives business results. Summary: The Creative Director is responsible for defining and executing the creative strategy for 4over and its family of brands by overseeing the entire creative team and external contractors, establishing and maintaining brand standards and guidelines, driving creative strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives, managing digital asset organization and governance across brands, and serving as a working manager who provides leadership while actively contributing to high-level creative projects across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.
