We’re seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative vision and execution across all brands. This strategic, hands-on leadership role will set the tone for brand identity, oversee all creative output, and manage a team of designers and contractors to deliver exceptional work that drives business results. Summary: The Creative Director is responsible for defining and executing the creative strategy for 4over and its family of brands by overseeing the entire creative team and external contractors, establishing and maintaining brand standards and guidelines, driving creative strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives, managing digital asset organization and governance across brands, and serving as a working manager who provides leadership while actively contributing to high-level creative projects across digital, print, video, and experiential channels. Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation commensurate with experience. At this time, we are not engaging with agencies or third-party recruiters. Thank you for your understanding.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in multi-brand environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital platforms (UX/UI, social media, video).
  • AI-driven design tools experience (e.g., design assets, generative AI for creative workflows) preferred.
  • Animation and motion graphics skills for digital and video content.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and best practices.
  • Global experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management systems.
  • Self-Motivation & Accountability:Ability to stay focused on tasks, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. Holding oneself accountable for managing workloads, handling responsibilities, and maintaining professional standards.
  • Critical Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on creative execution. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft Office, Sprout Social; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and project management tools.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines consistently without direct supervision.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Being adaptable to rapidly changing situations or project pivots without the support of in-person guidance. Comfortable with new tools and technologies, especially when team needs evolve or new platforms are introduced.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Team-oriented mindset-must be adaptable, collaborative, and “all in”—bringing fresh ideas while remaining open to others’ perspectives and committed to a supportive, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the creative vision for 4over and its brands.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives.
  • Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Direction & Execution: Oversee concept development, design, and production for campaigns, websites, social media, email, video, packaging, and events.
  • Set the tone for visual identity, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Trade Show & Event Support: Lead creative strategies and execution for trade show booths, event branding, and experiential marketing.
  • Ensure cohesive brand representation across event materials.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house creative team.
  • Manage external creative contractors and agencies, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-first culture where everyone supports one another and shares ideas openly.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the creative department budget, including vendor contracts, software, and production costs.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Digital Asset Management: Oversee organization and governance of creative assets across all brands.
  • Implement systems and processes for efficient asset storage and retrieval.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Additional: Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Attend all department/company meetings, as requested.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Semi-annual open enrollment (January 1st and July 1st)
  • Discretionary employer match; typically, 50% of employee deferrals up to 6% of compensation
