The Creative Director at Indie Consulting is responsible for setting and elevating the creative vision across client engagements, ensuring all work is strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and executed at the highest level. This role leads the development of breakthrough creative across channels—from brand campaigns to digital and social—while mentoring and inspiring a growing creative team. As a key partner to strategy, client services, and media, the Creative Director plays a critical role in shaping how brands show up in the world, driving both creative excellence and business impact. This includes ownership of both visual and verbal brand expression across paid social, organic social, and owned channels (including PDPs, websites, and email). This role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership, with a strong ability to translate insights into compelling, effective creative solutions. Additionally, this role is expected to champion innovation in creative production, proactively identifying and integrating emerging technologies—including AI—to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and unlock new ways of delivering high-quality, scalable creative for clients.
