About The Position

The Creative Director is responsible for leading and executing the company’s creative vision across all platforms. In this hands-on role, the Creative Director develops brand strategy, creates visual and written content, and produces high-quality marketing materials from concept through completion. This position requires both big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution. The Creative Director works independently, collaborates cross-functionally, and ensures all creative output aligns with the company’s brand, values, and business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES T he statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a job incumbent. An employee will be required to follow other job-related duties required by the manager. 25% - Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership – Defines and maintains the company’s brand identity, voice, and visual standards. Develops creative strategies that support business growth and marketing goals. Ensures brand consistency across all touchpoints. 25% - Content Creation & Production – Concepts, designs, and produces marketing materials (print and digital). Creates and manages website content and visual updates. Develops social media graphics, campaigns, and messaging. Writes or edits marketing copy, taglines, and campaign messaging. Directs and/or executes photography and video projects as needed. Designs presentations, promotional materials, and sales support assets. 25% - Campaign & Project Management – Plans and executes marketing campaigns from idea to launch. Manages timelines and coordinates with vendors (printers, web developers, media outlets, etc.) Oversees creative budgets and ensures cost-effective production. Tracks performance metrics and adjusts creative strategies accordingly. 25% - Collaboration & Communication – Works closely with leadership to align creative initiatives with company priorities. Supports sales and operational teams with creative assets. Presents creative concepts and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of professional creative experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)
  • Experience managing websites and social media platforms
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
