PepsiCo is a global leader in food and beverages, operating in over 200 countries with a portfolio that includes 22 iconic billion-dollar brands. Our vision is to be the global leader in beverages by Winning with Purpose, embedding sustainability and innovation into everything we do. Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative experience, with deep specialization in social-first and creator- led work
  • Proven track record leading social creative for major brands or platforms
  • Expert understanding of social formats, trends, and platform mechanics
  • Experience directing creators, influencers, and talent in authentic, brand-safe ways
  • Strong storytelling instincts paired with hands-on making skills
  • Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-turn environments
  • Comfort operating at senior levels with clients and internal leadership

Nice To Haves

  • You are a social creative leader first, not a traditional CD retrofitted for digital. You think social first. You’re excited by culture, platforms, creators, and the evolving digital/social ecosystem instinctively. You know when to push, when to simplify, and when to let the internet do the talking. You are student of pop culture. You know when to steer a brand towards a trend and when to steer it away. You bring taste, craft, and clarity, and momentum. And you make teams better by working alongside them, not above them.

Responsibilities

  • Social Creative Leadership: Own the creative vision for large, always-on and campaign-based social programs across PepsiCo’s portfolio, ensuring work is culturally fluent, platform-native, and creatively ambitious.
  • Lead Creator & Content Strategy: Shape creator-led storytelling, from casting and collaboration models to creative frameworks that allow talent to shine while protecting brand integrity.
  • Creative Direction at Speed: Guide high-volume social content from concept through execution, balancing craft, velocity, and performance in fast-moving environments.
  • Social Media Excellence: Have a deep knowledge and hunger for understanding the platform features, algo nuances, and cultural implications across core and emerging social platforms to build creative for how people actually consume and share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire senior creatives, ACDs, and makers across art, copy, and motion. Build teams that are curious, decisive, and built for modern social.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with social strategy, account leadership, production, and analytics to ensure creative ideas are insight-driven and executionally sound.
  • Creative Stewardship: Ensure work is on-brand, on-strategy, and emotionally resonant while pushing brands forward creatively, not playing it safe.
  • Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Present work with clarity and conviction to senior marketing stakeholders, helping them see social as a creative growth engine, not a support channel.
