About The Position

The Creative Digital Designer will be responsible for creating impactful, high-quality digital designs with a primary focus on marketing promotions and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The designer will partner closely with internal resources to interpret requirements, conceptualize ideas, and deliver designs that strengthen customer engagement, reinforce brand standards, and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Digital Designer, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise in digital campaigns and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Sendgrid, Active Campaign or equivalent) and knowledge of responsive email design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative and non-creative teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a balance of creativity and practicality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and online channels.
  • Create visually compelling graphics and layouts that align with Cyncly’s brand guidelines.
  • Design responsive and engaging email templates optimized for various devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the email marketing specialist to ensure design supports campaign goals and user experience best practices.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and messaging.
  • Stay current on digital design trends, email design best practices, and emerging tools to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
